SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the text messaging (SMS) program operated by Nellod Financial Center. By opting in, you agree to the terms below.
Program description
Nellod Financial Center sends text messages to people who have asked to receive them. Depending on how you signed up, messages may include:
- Financial workshop invitations, event reminders, and follow-ups
- Coaching, accountability check-ins, and training reminders for members of our team
- Replies to questions you send us
How you opt in
You are added to the program only after you give us your mobile number and agree to receive messages. That happens when you:
- Provide your number and agree to receive coaching texts when you join our team
- Provide your number and agree to receive messages when you register for a workshop or request information from us
- Text us first to start a conversation
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Team members enrolled in a coaching program may receive up to one message per day. Workshop and event recipients typically receive a few messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to every message you send or receive. Nellod Financial Center is not responsible for these charges.
How to opt out
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
If you opt out and later change your mind, reply START to rejoin, or contact us and we will add you back.

Supported carriers
Our program is supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier or device.
Your privacy
We treat your mobile number as private. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
