Nellod Financial Center ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our financial education workshops, and our text messaging (SMS) program.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. That may include:
- Your name
- Your mobile phone number
- Your email address
- Information you share when you attend a workshop, request information, or contact us
How we use your information
- Send workshop invitations, event reminders, and follow-up messages you asked to receive
- Send coaching, accountability, and training messages to members of our team who have opted in
- Respond to your questions and provide support
- Share financial education information you requested
Mobile information and text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as our messaging platform provider, is permitted solely so that we can deliver the messages you requested. Those providers may not use your information for their own marketing.
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we use your mobile number only to send the messages described in our SMS Terms and Conditions. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Team members enrolled in a coaching program may receive up to one message per day. Workshop and event recipients typically receive a few messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to every message you send or receive. Nellod Financial Center is not responsible for these charges. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited information only in these situations:
- Service providers. Companies that help us operate, such as our text messaging and email platforms, and only to the extent needed to provide that service.
- Legal requirements. When we are required to do so by law, regulation, subpoena, or other legal process.
Your choices
- Text messages. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time.
- Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us directly.
- Access and deletion. Contact us to request a copy of the information we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it.
Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information and limit access to it.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
